Simply download the file, open the folder and click 'Extract All'. Then select a folder to extract to (you can make a temporary one). Once that's done, copy the .ttf files and paste them into Control Panel - Fonts. And you're done! To use them in Photoshop or some other photo editing software simply use as though you were adding words. You should then be able to resize, recolour and change the orientation. Above you'll see which character corresponds to which arrow.
